-Prepare payments to suppliers, employees, authorities of allocated entities by verifying the validity invoice, contract, supporting documentation, and requesting disbursements -Prepare, upload, and post daily transactions into accounting system -Responsible for yearly, quarterly, monthly tax report (including PIT, CIT, VAT, WHT, Business tax and others) of allocated entities -Responsible for full set of monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statement for allocated entities including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow and other reports -Prepare payroll and related HR issue such as: Tax, Insurance -Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations -Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations – Dolisa, taxes etc. -Organize and maintain filing system in hard and soft file for all accounting, financing & project’s documents for allocated entities -Assist Asset Manager to set up accounting system & financial procedures -Responsible for loan disbursement, loan schedule to ensure timely disbursement, repayment both interest & principal -Support the senior management and other team members for any ad-hoc reporting requests
