Managed all projects through their life cycle of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitor & Controlling and Closing. Provided Stakeholder Management for the Wireless Carriers and internal Senior Management. Responsible for Profit/Loss, Schedule and Resource Management of the District. Supported securing new Franchise Agreements for ROW/Fiber work from DOT/County agencies throughout MD/DC/VA. Worked closely with the local utility companies (BGE/PEPCO/DVP/VZT) to secure pole attachment approvals for fiber and small cell nodes/equipment. Partnered with Sales to generate new revenue opportunities. Oversaw $500M+ in Capital Expenditures. Built over 1200-Small Cells in the Balt/DC Area. Market Manager for the Balt/DC market; build outs included over 1000+ LTE/UMTS overlay sites for ATT ($50M/year in Capital Expenditures). Also Project Managed over 600-New Site Build Marco-sites from 2008 thru 2014 ($35M/year in Capital Expenditures). Various Relo and Mod projects were also simultaneous run as well as COW deployments. As ATT’s second largest market, the Los Angeles market buildplan for 2002 consisted of over 800 GSM Only and 120 TDMA/GSM sites.
