- Drafting and preparing the application/registration dossiers to submit to the local government agencies; - Cooperating with external agencies to obtain Company licenses/permit/approval related to Company operation and preparing & follow up the investment report to authorities; - Carrying out procedures before the competent authorities to obtain Company licenses/permit/approval related to Company operation such as certificates of eligibility for fire prevention and fighting service business, medical licenses, certificates of intellectual rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents); - Preparing and reviewing all the correspondences to the local government agencies and stakeholders; - Assisting Board of Directors in handling the internal/external complaints and legal cases; - Reviewing internal and external contracts/agreements that the company engages as well as other documents of the Company, to make sure of the compliance with Vietnamese regulations as well as the internal policies of the Company; - Providing legal research and advice for functional departments in legal issues/matters and the operation of the company in respect of Vietnam law; - Supporting internal departments to resolve daily legal issues and ad-hoc cases.
