Lead coordinator for a 6.1 million dollar event. Continuous work with organizational development and corporate social responsibility. Working closely with the Annual Support Manager, development staff, and volunteers in designing, developing, implementing, and executing various event fundraising and awareness strategies to raise funds and increase revenue in support of Gundersen Health System’s programs and services. My primary responsibilities are to oversee fundraising and awareness strategies for special events, while independently working to develop new strategies to effectively prospect and cultivate donor solicitation and stewardship to enhance and grow major and individual sponsor experience of these constituency groups. Plans virtual events as well as peer-to-peer fundraising activities to engage a broad constituency base. The primary contact with local media in relationship to Special Events while furthering the community service mission of Gundersen Health System and sustaining a visible presence in the service areas.
