•Responsible for developing, owning and executing the sourcing strategies and product development of specific PPE categories. •Manager of a China Team sourcing products for USA customers for promotional use. This involved sourcing a very wide range of different products all over Asia. •Handled all RFQ activities and negotiation processes involved. •Managed all production schedules A to Z. •Ensured all product was in alignment with government regulations. •Ensured all packaging requirements were met. •Calculated landing cost on all quotes. •Coordinated with both Crosley USA and China project teams on overseeing all aspects of production. •Took basic product ideas from the customer from the beginning “Idea Stage” to “Final Production and Delivery Stage.” •Handled costing and quoting within margin parameters. •Managed our Quality Control Team (Asia) to prevent, address and correct all issues during production to meet strict deadlines.

•Coordinated with both Crosley US and China project teams on tracking production and meeting shipping deadlines. •Manager of Quality Control Team responsible for inspection and quality satisfaction before shipment of product from Asia. •Located and Sourced in samples regarding our consumer electronics and furniture division. •Trained other quality control team members on how to carry out inspections to meet and pass necessary country standards in regard to shipments profile and inbound country’s special regulations. •Worked with 30+ factories throughout Asia (China and Vietnam) procuring shipments to our US warehouse. •Worked to create product manuals.

•Started with the Company in 2008 performing warehouse duties and later worked my way up to the product development department in 2011. •Inspected all new product samples by assembling them and relaying any information on what needed to be corrected or changed (prior to production) to obtain a better end product.
