Achievements: • Raised debt and equity funding for small and large companies and projects, including the acquisition of rail assets, port equipment and the Air NZ public parking operation. • Advised on, and arranged funding for, commercial property developments, domestic business development and international business expansion for various export related companies • Provided general business, financial and legal advice related to the establishment of Society One, the first P2P financial services intermediary in Australia • Provided business and visionary advice to an NFP organisation that now has over $100million in property assets and gross income of over $5million p.a.
