Established standardized practices for budgeting, forecasting, productivity, and reporting, facilitating seamless support for two legal entities, enhancing employee benefits, and effectively reducing costs. • Executed the integration of In Entertainment for client management, significantly improving client data retention and management, enhancing agent data efficiency, accelerating back-office operations, and establishing key performance indicators for agents. • Drove a 30% revenue increase in the Digital division over a two-year period during the COVID-19 pandemic.
