Key responsibilities and achievements: - Integrated the Princeton Review curriculum with ESL-style language input and supplementary language practice, optimising this product for delivery to Vietnam's ESL market. - Defined Product USPs to support sales training nationwide. - Performed systems and operational analysis in order to integrate The Princeton Review's Learner Management System within the existing IT system and operational processes of ILA. Created a structured training course on use of this new LMS and managed delivery of this training to key operational staff, achieving durable operational change. - Designed ancillary academic & administrative tasks (in assessment, reporting, class administration, etc) before briefing and training relevant stakeholders (Academic Managers; Operational Staff; Teachers; Teaching Assistants). - Coordinated recruitment and training of Teaching Assistants and Teachers. - Led reporting on the above to executive management.
