Dr Pepper Snapple Group Implemented shared SAP APO platform across both the DSD business and Warehouse Direct business models. This included Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, GATP, and Supplier Network Collaboration. Reduced 20 minutes of inbound and outbound load time per truckload in Regional Distribution Center network through the design and deployment of extended warehouse management Developed and implemented a Fleet Asset Management system to support the tracking and maintenance of over 10K fleet vehicles nationally. Converted 20+ manufacturing locations to Repetitive Manufacturing, from a mix of Discrete, Process, and Production Order based manufacturing. Cadbury PLC Led the transformation of Cadbury Schweppes IT from a geographically distributed model of 700 people to a global functional model with outsourced service delivery. Led IT integration for the acquisition of the Dr Pepper 7UP bottling Group, moving from a franchise/concentrate model to a fully integrated beverage business including direct store delivery to retail. • Led the divestiture of the European beverages business to a private equity group
