My goal is to serve AAA's millions of members with the best possible digital experience that matches the legendary service that AAA has provided on the roads for 120 years. I provide leadership over what the public sees and uses by interfacing daily with three different technology teams, with the insurance business lines, product marketing and digital marketing. Ever the car guy, I also have been placed in charge of the digital products for Electric Vehicles (EVs) driving by AAA's members--which is a cool and fun challenge.
