I am Tom Sanderson, Director & Co-Founder of SLA Studios. Helping China-based companies promote their campaigns through high quality videos. After a Sales career in the UK, I arrived in China in 2008 to manage sales in Asia for Penn Elcom Inc. My experience here was an amazing introduction to China, and I decided to make the country my new home. In 2011 my brother and I set up SLA Studios Ltd., specialising in high-end video production. We steered SLA to completing productions for China’s biggest music festivals (e.g. JZ Festival, Midi, Intro) and working with major brands such as Sennheiser, Audi, Huawei, HSBC, Charities, governments etc... Passionate about championing a positive impact on the world through positive story-telling, we have now re-focused SLA Studios to serve companies selling sustainability solutions. With the proven experience producing high-quality video for the music industry, we offer a video introduction production service for sustainability companies wanting to present a professional face to a global audience. Some of my highlights with SLA Studios include: - Pioneering video production for sustainability companies in China - Growing SLA Studios to be the premier foreign-owned production company in Guangdong, the 3rd largest city in China - Being selected the official team to film the Beijing 2008 Olympics opening ceremony - Filming in prestigious events such as the Shanghai ATP Tennis, Shanghai Formula 1 and Shanghai Golf Masters I also promote sustainability and video production beyond SLA Studios through being a Committee Member with the British Chamber of Commerce, Guangdong.
