• Responsible for developing and embedding LINK's approach to risk management, ensuring risks to the achievement of our strategy are appropriately identified and managed. • Developing a unique risk management approach to ensure a consistent and repeatable approach to risk assessment, treatment and reporting. • Reporting LINK's overall risk profile and compliance position to senior management and the Board, in a format which highlights options, approaches and implications of operational choices. • Ensuring appropriate separation between the first, second and third lines of defence, whilst maintaining constant communication to deliver a consistency of approach. • Engagement with our key stakeholders including regulators, trade bodies, our Board, and internal colleagues. • Regulatory horizon scanning to be aware of emerging and evolving risks that impact consumers, our members and LINK itself, so that we can plan, invest or mitigate appropriately. • Maintaining LINK's risk register and ensuring appropriate governance around the review and reporting process. • Developing the team to ensure engagement, align their development and goals with the business strategy, enforcing compliance with regulation whilst keeping the motivation and performance high.
