I was employee #13 and the first non-R&D person in this very dynamic company and we built everything from scratch together as THE Visedo-team. Can say this was the most interesting and fast moving years of my professional life so far. Sales and marketing activities globally for a company focused in hybrid electrical vehicle HEV and electrical Vehicle EV solutions and components for mobile work machines (excavators, tractors, cranes etc.) and buses. 1.8.2011 - 31.7.2012: Visedo Germany, Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Stuttgart), Germany: - Establishing and managing first Visedo office outside Finland. - Main target to find new customers in Central Europe region.

- Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) design and verfification. - Power Electronics & Main circuit design and verification. - Approvals (CE, UL etc.) responsibilty in R&D. - MSc thesis: ElectroMagnetic Compatibility in Frequency Converter controlled Power Drive Systems
