TeamArtist is also one of the most innovative web applications that allows to manage every life aspect of a nonprofit organization. I'm the CEO since TeamArtist has been established in 2010. Despite my daily activities are numerous and they have changed with increasing the size of the business, I keep the focus on few core activities: 1 - My first aim is to always have money for growing the business. As a CEO I raised 750k $ among angel ventures - seed funds - VCs to finance TeamArtist during its different stages of maturity. 2 - I pursue a customer centric strategy creating products and services really based on user needs. 3 - As a head product developer for IT services of TeamArtist, I’ve the responsibility to improve every day the user experience for our customers and the overall level of services provided. TeamArtist's web application, released in late '12, has been chosen by 500k users up to now and the customer base is growing quickly. Our biggest challenge is trying to sell hi-tech services in a really traditional market.
