Toni Alasuvanto

In the unit for computational assessment and dissemination I work in the cross section between sciences, stakeholder engagement and regulatory projects. I do e.g. scientific data analysis for internal and external clients, such as other Regulatory units, member state competent authorities and the Commission. I'm also contributing to the development of regulatory computational algorithms and databases by interpreting legal text (e.g. CLP) and translating it to chemical structures, which can be used for computational substance screening and priority setting. I'm participating in work that involves the use and development of Alternative methods for hazard assessment, (Q)SAR.
