My biggest contribution to the MAS (Managers' Association of Slovenia) was co-founding MQ Magazine. I was entrusted the function of Managing Editor at the very young age (25). My vision for MQ was helping readers (executives on leading positions) to become well-rounded, responsible and successful leaders. In five years MQ gained trust and has became well-read, respected professional magazine.
