• Secured funding of $7.5M to startup Asia distribution center in Singapore. Startup includes implementation of SAP at local subsidiary complete with Supply Chain, Finance, and Order Fulfillment functionalities. • Conducted logistics feasibility study to determine impact on manufacturing, distribution, and the customer of creating an Asia DC. New business model will contribute 10% incremental revenue over 5 years. • Responsible for project scoping, blueprinting, internal pre-sales, and final project proposals to management. • Designed future state logistics network and required SAP Supply Chain configuration. • Created detailed business and technical project plans and requirements to ensure proper scope and schedule. • Lead Organizational Change Management activities to ensure smooth transition to new business model.

Implemented new forecasting and scheduling processes that increased forecast accuracy and made manufacturing more responsive to demand fluctuations. Lead sales and operations planning process between manufacturing and product management.; Develop forecasts and production plans to support product lines with annual revenue of $55,000,000. Resolve material shortages and capacity bottlenecks to ensure timely execution of the master schedule. Ensure appropriate capacity plans are in place to support the forecast and future growth projections. Manage inventory investment in accordance with guidelines set for levels of excess and obsolete.

Launched and managed third party stocking and distribution program for key customers. Responsible for managing inventory investment in excess of $3,500,000 while keeping dead and excess to 2.5% of total inventory. Established new forecasting tool using demand management techniques that link marketing and sales plans to the master production schedule.
