With my team of >100 professionals in Marketing, Sales & Business Development and Project Management I am responsible for Bachem’s commercial success and seek to deliver opportunities for future growth. Some of my main responsibilities include: ➡ 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: deliver together with my global Project Management team great customer experience at every touch point from project on-boarding all the way to regulatory approval and thus enable our customer to provide medical breakthrough solutions to patients with unmet medical needs. ➡ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: lead Bachem’s Business Development and Sales teams and meet the company’s global revenue goals. ➡ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: balance Bachem’s project/product portfolio consisting of drug candidates at various clinical stages, registered and commercialized drug substances, research chemicals and non-pharma products while continuously seeking new growth opportunities and matching them with tailored product, service, technology and business model offerings. ➡ 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: organize the commercial department to support future growth and create an environment with learning and development opportunities for talents.
