*** Recruitment Activities; - Posting job vacancies on recruitment web sites and other channels - Screening candidates by reviewing resumes, application forms and phone interview - Assisting with the interview process, conducting interview with managers and directors - Following up on the interview process status and update records in internal database - Participating in Job fairs, host in-house recruitment events and recruitment sessions - Making recruitment report - Performing other duties as assigned *** HR & Administration: - Preparing HR documents (Offer Letter, Labor Contract, Decision,...) - Being responsible for booking hotels, air ticket, car arrangement - Preparing Visa, Work permit and Residence card for Japanese Expats - Managing timesheet, annual leave, overtime of staff and procedure for newcomers - Performing other duties as assigned
