I launched my first venture at the age of 19 when I realized that I could meet the demand for quality landscaping services in my area. The company grew to a thriving business with six employees within its first three years. At around that time, I was struck by the limited availability of off-the-shelf software. This awareness led me to learn about computers and to discover a passion for technology. Once hooked, I wrote my own code for accounts receivable applications and went on to study business information systems at VCU. I founded Richmond Computer Guy (RCG)—the predecessor of Cloud Managed Services Group—in a convenience store. In three years, RCG expanded into three locations, grew to a staff of ten employees, and gained recognition in the “Best Of” section of Richmond Magazine. I’ve dedicated the last seven years to serving the needs of small and midsize businesses, developing Cloud MSG as a reliable resource for regulatory compliance, best practices, data security, and IT support. A Richmond native, I’m committed to supporting the success of individuals and businesses throughout my local community and beyond.
