Hobart Brewing Company (HBC) was founded in 2014, they make exquisite beers and host a tear-away music and event venue down near the waterfront at Macquarie Point. A fast-growing business with a dynamic team and multi-faceted sales channels, HBC has been a lot of fun to work with. Even as the second largest craft brewery in the state, after MONAs Moo Brew, HBC cannot keep up with demand. Like many quality Tasmania food and beverages businesses at the moment, they cannot eye off supplying the mainland or beyond until they have the local market satisfied.
