X Academy is an education platform connecting early-stage pupils and teachers in creative subjects. X Academy hopes to inspire young children to develop their interest and passion early and allow teachers to manage their class and pupils effortlessly. MARKET RESEARCH • Co-ordinated with CEO to construct a minimum viable brand and the brand’s key message. • Designed and conducted 37 interview calls and surveys with Vietnamese parents to understand their perspectives on getting children to learn creative subjects and to refine customer persona and journey map. SYSTEM BUILDING • Created awareness contents such as blogs and visual illustrations for the pre-launch stage. • Kept the target audience engaged with the product development via social media and customised email updates. • Effectively collaborated with the technical team (via Trello) to design and optimise the landing page using Google Analytics and Tag Manager, that topped Google Vietnam’s Search Ranking with zero budget. • Self-taught programming languages (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jade) to help build the company’s blog site.

• Researched and forecasted technology trends that helped to select topics for the 2015 marketing brochure. • Prepared conference documents for the ASEAN Banker Forum 2014, giving the audience a high-level overview of the talks and workshops.
• Demonstrated research skills and written communication ability from producing a report on feasibility study of a direct flight route from Da Nang (Vietnam) to Incheon (Korea), enabling significant time and cost saving.
