 Proactively responsible for logistic coordinator to manage main three functions including inbound, outbound and inventory management.  Working as a team to develop and execute the distribution strategies, coordinate with international logistic partners on movement of merchandise within planed budget.  Manage to obtain approval of import duty and CAT fee in accordance with Thai laws.  Work cross functionally with internal parties to ensure work operates smoothly and effectively, the details are as follows. o PMT & engineer, expeditors, material coordinator: material collection, custom clearance, delivery schedule, logistic matters such as dispatching air/sea/ freight arrangement for both in and out. o Cost controller, subcontract team, accounting: invoice verification and payment issues that related to logistic duties, and ensure no potential past due invoices. o HR, admin, other department: any other logistic consultant.  Communicate and coordinate with external parties to support logistic duties as follows. o Freight forwarder, transportation vendors: material clearance and delivery schedule. o Clients: networking purposes and adhoc requirements. o Suppliers / vendors: coordinate on maternal collection and delivery schedule.  Recognize opportunities and risk in supply chain flow and communicates to business partners for further improvement and implementation.  Liaise with government departments involved in import and export duties, privilege, permits and licenses to be aligned with its rules and regulations.  Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain operations issues with various divisions of the business.

 Proactively responsible for sourcing, purchasing and expediting structure, piping & pipeline materials to meet the scheduled timeline.  Managing purchase orders from several departments and classify categories of purchasing items, and process purchasing activities of high value and technical materials.  Analyze and investigate multiple vendors after receiving BOM form both domestic and oversea vendors, but majority in overseas to get the most competitive price that deliver the best interests to requesting department and company.  Conduct bid summary comparison and submission to relevant parties for technical commercial issues for approval.  Supervise purchasing officer and purchasing assistant for on the job support, guidance and training as needed or periodically.  Provide information for bidding and coordinate with relevant parties on price delivery, delivery time and other relevant condition.  Managed inventory, warehouse activities, and implemented system timely update.  Provided wide training initiatives, including researching and coordination training opportunities with as focus on skills development.

 Sourcing, costing analysis, comparisons and negotiating with domestic and worldwide suppliers basis through purchasing process and procedures for industrial supplies, spare parts, chemical management ,machineries equipment, constructions and plant with an estimated annual purchase value of 1-10 M$.  Identifies and seeks for any leveraging and bundling sourcing packages opportunities with other related units on a global basis.  Utilize benchmarking data through continuous negotiation ensuring reasonable sourced price.  Supervise all indirect & M&E purchasing’s subordinates ensuring proper sourcing processes following the standard purchasing procedures and practices of the organization.  Providing guidance and support to all the subordinates during each package sourcing activities.
