• Responsible for leading all business aspects of the online business including; trading, online marketing, social media management, operations, customer services, content and design. • Leading e-commerce projects on omnichannel and other internal projects from concept, creation, scoping through to delivery. • Responsible for full P&L, defining KPIs and continuously reviewing value delivered and success metrics. • Analyzing usability and the behavior of customers, ensuring the journey through the website is as efficient and effective as possible. • Tracking all call center operations of the company and following up the client satisfaction in terms of both online and offline shopping experiences. • Leading order fulfillment & warehouse team and keeping up with the daily routines. • Working collaboratively with other key departments and 3rd party agencies to create and manage integrated marketing strategies and product strategies. • Negotiating and agreeing contracts with service providers, monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided. • Defining and implementing continuous reporting and analysis on conversion, engagement and success metrics. • Developing and briefing of all marketing activities & promotional calendar for e-commerce channel.
