I represent individual litigants, business entities and insurers in various courts, arbitrations, mediations. With extensive experience in risk management, pending matter oversight and first chair litigation, focus is maintained on high-exposure and complex litigation involving commercial, excess, transportation, and specialty lines of business. As a Certified Litigation Management Professional and Fellow in the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), I am aware of insurers’ needs and expectations, drawing on experience and insights earned over twenty three years in-house at a highly ranked Fortune insurance company. I guided the organization’s vision and goals to increase the national firm’s value proposition in the delivery of legal services for all clients. I started my tenure in civil litigation in the company’s New York City office before taking on responsibility for oversight of multiple regions including New York, New Jersey, New England and Mid-Atlantic states. I had oversight several thousand lawsuits involving multiple lines of business, such as commercial, excess, homeowner, transportation, specialty, subrogation recovery, and first party litigation. I believe in melding people, process and strategy to maintain high levels of engagement in the delivery of exceptional service to all clients.
