• Installs, monitors, tests, adjusts, maintains, operates trouble-shoots, repairs, or otherwise services automated, servo-mechanical, electromechanical, or electro-pneumatic equipment in support of bottling and production operations. • Supports the technical operations of GAI complete bottling lines from 1,000 to 20,000 b/h; filling (mechanical, electro-pneumatic, can series, bier, high density); labelling; pumps; presses; filtration equipment, packaging CIP etc.). • Performs all the functions included in the bottling process: filling, (rinsing, deaeration, gas injection, vacuum corking, crown corker, screw corker) & labelling ( wash, spinner, heat shrinking, seaming). • Observes, measures, or tests the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions using PLC I/O indicators, HMIs, tachometers, or other testing devices. • Applies standard engineering principles, theories, concepts, and troubleshooting methods to provide solutions for equipment issues. • Creates work instructions and conducts training for technicians. • Calculates Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to improve productivity of the manufacturing line. • Supports all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements. • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
