At NGAP our goal is to develop Aviation future workforce leveraging on the power of technology, post COVID-19, NGAP was developed to help address the challenges of Aviation literacy and talent identification, we at NGAP are leveraging on technology to develop Aviation future workforce, our mission is to leverage on technology to grow and provide digital mentorship in various careers in aviation and provide industry players with accurate Data on skills gaps, institution voids that exist in the market place and develop innovative solutions that address challenges in skills development. NGAP is proud to have a global footprint in over 17 countries across the world, all making use of their digital devices to learn more about various careers in the field each year from the comfort of their homes. Our global ambition is to spearhead the digital migration in aviation skills development, we firmly believe that theory training can be achieved remotely and digitally and institutions can better perform and encourage more Young people across the world to take up careers in aviation.
