Managing execution of Consumer Pyramids Household Survey. Data collected from an all-India representative sample of over 170,000 households. This is a panel sample that is surveyed repeatedly over time. Consumer Pyramids Household Survey is the world's largest household panel survey. My job responsibility as Survey Manager. • Ensure that the sample is equally distributed across the state in terms of stratification. • Monitor the planning of the households to be surveyed in a particular week and adherence to the timeline. • Assist the research team in designing of questionnaire for Consumer Pyramids Household Survey and for the associated projects. • Undertake the local language translation of questionnaires and other survey documents. • Recruitment of filed teams with appropriate profile. • Liasoning with account department for survey execution budget. • Develop a suitable payment model for the field investigators as per requirement of the project and also calculate cost per questionnaire. • Training the team on new projects/processes – Take regular training sessions of the survey teams to make them understand the questionnaire. Ensure that the field team is motivated. • Keep an eye on the collected data from the households and give data guidance to the execution team. • Daily oversight of the survey activities, and work with the execution team to optimize survey execution.
