 Efficiently managing Spend 700 Cr of key commodity -Wiring harness, cables, and relays.  Builds mechanisms for recognizing and addressing project-related concerns and deploys continual improvement practices within the team.  Suggests alternate materials, processes & specs on the component drawing; resolves technical or process-related issues at the development stage; uses commodity expertise for debottlenecking issues; creates systems and processes at the supplier's end to enable them to manufacture superior quality products/parts.  Consults on vendor aid budgeting on part cost & investment for material management 4 Major programs; reviews and approves all major budget adjustments to negotiate and reconcile line item variances and ensure adherence to the organization's financial practices and standards for the function.  Designs, develops & deploys the cost strategies/ policies; consults in improving the effectiveness of cost estimation; updates team on the recent developments in the legal, taxation and global commercial field and evaluates its impact if any on the component/product costing.  Creates a conducive climate for collaboration, trust, and problem-solving mindset to effectively carry out complex, high-impact, high-risk negotiations  Leads in the development of evaluating, selecting, and certifying processes for suppliers, evaluates product plans for impact on supply chain requirements  Deploys & enhances purchasing processes, methods, and tools; generates MIS reports with adequate indicators (KPI, Dashboard) for analysis and monitoring; deploys IT enabled system for Program Management and Knowledge management.  Identifies opportunities for improvement of the existing process; conceptualizes, designs, develops & validates the product and productions using the new product development process

 Responsible as application engineer for Vehicle Level Electrical wiring harness Integration and from concept stage to production for new product development.  Coordination with CAD design engineers to do vehicle level electrical wiring harness routing and packaging in 3D and prototype try-out on preproduction car.  Involve in the regional product development activity to monitor part development and part quality as well as commercial issue resolution.  Manage wiring harness as well as other integrated suppliers.  Develop Engineering Solutions and Release final design to production.  GM India Electrical Subsystem Benchmark as an expert.  Support Manufacturing and Service Engineering to resolve production as well as field issue resolution and product investigations.  Being part of launch team, technical as well as part development support program team to launch a new program.  During the launch phase, resolve quick resolution of electrical part related issues to avoid launch delay with a simple technique.

1) Design and deliver project successfully of cold starting kit for Tata Sumo Army vehicle to deliver Indian Army. 2) Having overseas work experience of 6 month by participate offshore project at at John-Deer China as electrical expert.

 Design and development of wiring harness, lighting system, charging and starting system, airbag system, wiping system.  Field and emerging concern resolution of existing project meeting time, quality, cost parameter as per define guideline of the company.  Cost optimization and part localization of electrical system through VA-VE and benchmarking.  Root cause analysis of filed failure electrical parts on of and design updating and release of electrical parts to reduce field complaints.  Standardization of electrical components like wiring harness, lighting component across all MPV, SUV platforms.  Implementation of value engineering proposals to achieve annual saving w.r.t to budgeted volume.
