Al-Nakheel Hgienic Paper Mills • Getting Aligned with the marketing team for the new SKU’s & Artwork • Procuring the raw materials based on the production plan • Procuring direct materials required for promotional products • Setting the targets for the team and to make sure every month they achieve the KPI/Targets. • Aligned with supply chain and to make sure all the raw materials are available as per production plan. • Make sure my team have following the company policy and documenting each transactions. • Sending monthly savings report of the team. • Handling local & import purchasing for machineries & spares.Monitoring the deliveries.Marinating supplier rating. • Coordinate with Engineers / Users and supporting during Plant Shut Downs. Scheduling the supplier meetings accordingly for product discussions.Coordinate with suppliers to get the contract and maintain yearly. • Responsible for importing the raw materials for producing masks, gloves, etc. • In charge of the production and export of Masks. • Framing the Standard Operating Procedure and Service Level Agreement for the department.

BUYER – Central Maintenance AL GHURAIR FOODS – DUBAI • Handling local & import purchasing for machineries & spares. • Monitoring the deliveries. • Marinating supplier Rating. • Coordinate with Engineers / Users and supporting during Plant Shut Downs. • Scheduling the supplier meetings accordingly for product discussions. • Coordinate with suppliers to get the contract and maintain yearly. • Following up with supplier for the deliveries on time as part of KPI • Reporting monthly reports to Procurement manager. (Spend, Saving, OTD Etc.) • Supported as transforming agent in ERP R12 project. Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives. Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery. Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department. Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders. Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers. Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation. Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents. Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
