Engaged with the research and project related activities in the field of Rural Immersion Programme, Capacity Building / Training Programme, Smart Villages, Rural Livelihood, Agri-business, Skill and Entrepreneurship Development, etc. I have performed the following major duties while working as Project / Research Fellow; • Developed strategies and vision to the various projects from inception to completion. • Conducted impact assessment studies of various project interventions. • Created teams and collaborations for the understanding the project directions. • Was responsible for project planning. • Coordination with the higher project officials and other staff of the University. • Assisted in the administrative work related to the project activities. • Coordinated with the field staff in order to run smooth project activities as per the time schedule.
