- Ensure effective People Service Delivery in the country in matters such as Reward, Recruitment, Employee/Industrial Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Legal Risks & Compliance, and meet market-level business requirements, customer experience targets & other KPIs. - Responsible for recruitment activities and ensuring that recruitment targets are met within the budgeted expenditure. - Monitor and drive performance across HR systems, administrative processes, employee experience trends, etc., and implement enhancements in support of continuous improvement for all centers. - Develop a robust strategic talent development and succession plan in alignment with functional growth strategies across the HR Solutions organization. - Identify, develop and lead the implementation of business-focused HR metrics. - Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors. - Work with the business on various manager and employee development programs. - Support the implementation of key HR programs such as career paths, performance reviews, compensation & rewards. - Drive organizational change and transformation: give guidance on business unit restructures and workforce and succession planning.
