• Ensuring effective incoming goods acceptance process (up to 1200 pallets per day), physical and program placement; split into the streams depending on the storage conditions and selection (28 employees reported); • Providing Warehouse management (warehouse 10000 m2): topology planning, placement, selection, inventory, etc. (25 employees reported); • Launching and managing logistics processes in E-commerce channel: development of regulations for the assembly of Internet orders, required headcount calculation & forecasting (FTE and outsource), reporting forms & KPIs development, etc.; the last mile. The average daily volume of deliveries is 650 orders (80 people). • Developing performance standards and managing performance of the night logistics teams. Night replenishment of the hall up to 520 pallets per shift - planning the number of the headcount needed, planning training activities required, calculation of standards, etc. (80 employees reported); • Managing relationships and collaboration with external partners & providers: tenders and budgeting (transport companies, companies that assemble online orders, engineering and construction companies, etc.); • Recruiting, managing performance, and developing the logistics team at the Warehouse (more than 200 employees reported in total)
