Manage the e-learning development team (6 direct and 21 matrix reports). Start-up of e-learning project “An hour of knowledge” in 11 corporate subsidiaries with 450k employees. Distance courses development process and a system for organizing e-learning have been implemented: • 5 regional electronic content development groups were created • 25 electronic content developers have been trained • 100+ regional managers for the e-learning organization have been trained • 300+ e-learning courses per year is production capabilities of development groups for loading into the corporate LMS • High level supporting docs were developed and accepted for use: Methodological recommendations for the development of e-learning courses, Procedure for organizing the development of electronic content, Regulations on the organization of corporate distance learning, Procedure for putting the courses into operation, etc.
