• Work with customers request and orders, planning of supplies; • Coordination of schedules for shipment of goods from plant, taking into account the production of goods, transport; provision and contractual obligations to counterparties; • Work with container lines, freight forwarders, agents, port representatives for bookings placement, coordination of vessels and laycans; • Work with Freight rates; • Optimization of logistics chains for the supply of goods to end customers; • Calculation of export prices depending on the delivery basis; • Preparation, coordination and execution of export contracts; • Control of accounts receivable, coordination of internal credit limits for counterparties; • Support of customers from the moment an order is placed to discharging of goods at a port of destination (vessels' and containerized shipments); • Control of quality and quantity of shipped products, settlement of claims; • Accounting and reporting on the sold and shipped goods; • Work on optimizing processes in the customer service department and improving customers' satisfactory.
