I have recently been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Carnelian, starting from January 2021. My recent projects have included supervising the introduction of digitalised L&D services at Carnelian, such as in the case of executing our first e-learning program. Similarly, I created an employee engagement application with Hoola for Pakistan Tobacco Company. I am also responsible for the development of futuristic development activities using VR, AR, gamification and training tactics such as how we have recently worked on the introduction of adventure-based sporting/physical team building campaigns.
