The field service is provided by support team from the manufacturer and our technical support team as well. b) Working as trader for all equipment and chemical material with high specs and qualification. My duties and responsibilities: • Manage the complete operations business , build up the relations and correspondences with our suppliers-vendors , • Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities. • Secure market share for the products we are handling • Take care of the cash flow forecast h • Gross profit margin and price list preparation. • Direct support to the sales team to be able to get proper market share • Take care of the key account directly (such as NWC, Big OEM’s, Big contractors ,and important Consultants • Manage the financial working operation such as relation with Banks, accounts payable, watching the revenue and growth. • Inventory and stock management.
