As Service Director of Vertical and Specialist Cleaning I was responsible for the strategic and business objectives as well ensuring the Values and Behaviors of NJC were embedded into practice. To also ensure organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for NJC’s Operational functions. I was required to work with the senior management team and contribute to the development, implementation and embedding of organisational strategies, policies and practices.
I was responsible for looking after of Vertical Services within the business. Due to NJC's continued success and growth this had allowed us to separate both our Vertical and Specialist Divisions. As well as providing the below services my management team and I were always on hand to provide technical support to all our management teams. The Vertical Division of Not Just Cleaning is responsible for providing all the below in house services including: Window and Fabric Cleaning o BMU Systems o MEWP – IPAF trained operatives o Towers – PASMA trained operatives o Reach and Wash Systems Roped Access o Window cleaning o Atrium cleaning o Internal steel o Pressure wash o Chemical clean o Vegetation removal o Avian pest dropping removal and disposal o Graffiti removal o Final builders clean
I held a main role as projects manager at Not Just Cleaning since rejoining the company in 2006. Responsible for the smooth running of the Projects Division and supporting our management teams with technical support.
