Developed therapeutic bispecific and trispecific antibodies or proteins against tumors:  Antibody engineering including humanization, engineering to improve homogeneity, prevent clipping, et al.  Designed and screened the bi/tri-specific platforms including symmetric formats (mAb-scFv, mAb-Fab, mAb-loop, DVD-Ig, et al.) and asymmetric formats (scFv-Fab, Fab-Fab, functional domain-Fab, et al.) to obtain promising candidates with desirable activities, expression profile, PK, thermo stability, and other drug-like properties. The expression profile of our asymmetric platform is superior to that of other companies like Xencor, Sanofi, Regeneron, et al.  Developed stable CHO cell lines for next CMC manufacture: Optimized expression vectors, transfection, selection, process development to improve expression, especially for those difficult expressed asymmetric bi/trispecific antibodies. Set up SOP.  Bioassays like setting up and validating SOP of phagocytosis, binding, blocking, killing, et al.  Molecular biology like cloning antibody genes from hybridoma, designing the fast molecular cloning strategy to quickly obtain the constructs (like regular cloning, site-directed mutations, seamless cloning, silent mutations to improve the efficiency of cloning, et al.).  Prepared documents for patent, IND filing, et al.  Got involved in design, communication, discussion with corresponding partners of treatment studies in mice, PK/PD/ADA and toxicity studies in cyno monkey, et al.  Simultaneously managed and advanced multiple projects.  Guided and trained junior scientists.
