As CEO my role is to set the strategic direction of the business and guide the business towards the implementation of this plan, manage the change process associated with this implementation, define new Value Propositions and the overall go to market strategy, build partnerships and strategic relationships. I am also responsible for the overall budgeting process and managing the P&L of the business. Due to the nature of the role I support client relations, designing complex solutions for clients, mapping and measuring impact, designing & facilitating leadership and management workshops, overseeing the quality assurance and accreditation process with Sectoral Education and Training Authorities (SETAs). I also introduced revised social development and impact measurement initiatives to the business and redesigned our management & leadership offering and articulation. I also launched our e-learning business making use of the Litmos platform and designed many of the online leadership offerings. The business operates throughout Sub Saharan Africa as well as the Middle East and Indian Sub continent.
