Internship at the Clinical Research and Imaging Centre (CRIC) under the supervision of Dr. Emma Hart. Focused on developing a clinical tool for quantifying an age-related stroke risk factor, specifically tortuosity of cerebral vessels. The tool was built in Matlab and processed 3D angiograms. This featured simulating various architectures of blood vessels, evaluating contemporary metrics against them and validating the findings with real data.
