We assist organizations with strengthening internal and external interpersonal relationships through various character building activities. We provide management assistance and consultation to organizations possessing an interest in community outreach and engagement. Completed Projects: In 2017, the START WITH PRAYER Organization completed its partnership with AAA. To receive their Driver's License, the 45 participants had to answer a series of essay questions and complete twelve (12) hours of community services with the organizations of their choice. Once the requirements were met, our organization paid 75% of the cost with participant paying 25%. In September of 2011, the START WITH PRAYER Organization entered into an agreement with the Cincinnati Police Activities League (CPAL). Under this agreement, the START WITH PRAYER Organization developed a mentoring program for Cincinnati Police Officers expressing an interest in positive youth development. From January through April 2012, the START WITH PRAYER Organization coordinated weekly meetings among high school students and Cincinnati Police Officers. The START WITH PRAYER Organization created various character building activities designed to encourage dialogue and strengthen interpersonal relationships among youth participants and Cincinnati Police Officers. The activities included orchestrating the collection of new socks for donation to a homeless shelter and field trips to museums and universities. Through these activities, the START WITH PRAYER Organization assisted Cincinnati Police Officers with addressing the necessity of education, financial literacy, affirmative decision making, personal safety, and the importance community outreach with participating high school students.
