1. Business Transformation & Innovation Practice (November 2018-December 2020) I advised global companies on their digital growth strategy based on a future-oriented and human-centered approach, combining business, design and technology to build a strategic vision and plan that connects and unlocks significant value for customers, partners, and employees. I served clients in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Energy and Technology sectors, where I helped companies shape their future vision, go-to-market strategy, strategic roadmap and investment case in order to accelerate and scale their most critical strategic initiatives and programs. 2. GE Digital Industrial IoT Alliance (May 2016-November 2018) I was appointed to EY’s GE Digital alliance team, one of three preferred global consulting partners of GE Digital. I worked with industrial companies to help them realize significant business outcomes across the manufacturing shop floor and supply chain, based on “fit-for-purpose” cloud, Industrial IoT, predictive analytics and AI capabilities. I drove sales activities for Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Transportation sectors globally and generated $100 million+ of sales pipeline. I also developed an outcome-based go-to-market and transformation sales approach for the alliance. I launched and led the alliance “War Room” to accelerate sales execution related to large enterprise deals. I served as the transformation architect and designed the digital transformation blueprint and business case for clients, including a strategic plan for generating $100 million+ per plant saving over a 10-year period for a global chemical producer and manufacturer.
