Scope: This senior management role is based in Myanmar and will report to the BOD. Improving the operations of the supermarket and driving the growth of the chain’s stores. Scope: Responsible for plan initiation, supervision, product requisition, price determination, sales promotional campaign, inventory management, product negotiation, product costing within the responsible product lines to ensure the outcomes of sales, profit and inventory balance are met the set target. Assignments: 1. Ensure stock quality to full fill customer satisfaction. 2. Purchasing planning with key vendor. Improving vendor and DC service level 3. DC integration planning and balance DC workload. 4. Review all parameters and master data concern ordering on weekly and monthly basis. 5. Be a consultant and supporter for all functional concern goods flow. 1. Verify & Guarantee the Quality of the Reference Data in the system. 2. Standardize Store Operation support and reduce the percentage of Store operation cost in order to improve store productivity. 3. Country Stock Optimize; Manage Country Stock Level by reduce shortage & over stock. 4. Stock quality management through Boucle Complete Indicators Follow up. 5. Ensure all Logistic process are run smoothly and increase "On Shelf Availability" by application support and procedure improvement. 6. Scope: Marco Polo is a Carrefour’s big and long term project to migrate from Pacific 4 system to G.O.L.D Central/Shop v5.0 retail application, integrated with other legacy enterprise systems (POS, scale, HHT, finance, data warehouse, WMS). 1 Merchandise, 2 DCs and 23 stores to be migrated as country pilot in Asia Assignments: 1. Organization impact assessment, Business rule and procedure development, data cleaning and functional specification. 2. Transition plan set up and KPI follow up. 3. Ensure data and functional are ready to use after migration. 4. Organize training for all concern user. 5. Control all migration process and prepare user supporting after go-live in each sector both technical or on site support. 6. Co-ordinate with all concern parties in Carrefour and external unit to ensure the achievement of the project.

Manage product portfolio to achieve the target turnover and margin. 3. Product specification and sourcing including quality control. 4. Negotiation on cost, trade term and other condition. 5. Promotion plan set up and control. 6. Result analysis with action plan to grow up sale and profit.
Scope: First price product is the cheapest price product in range with acceptable quality. This product is aim to motivate customer to grow up turnover and maintain price image to Carrefour. Assignments: 1. Analyze possibility to launch first price product in Appliance area such as Home appliance, Sound and AV product, Accessories etc. 2. Manage product port to achieve target turnover and margin. 2. Product specification and sourcing including quality control. 3. Negotiation on cost, trade term and other condition. 4. Promotion plan set up and control. Result analysis with action plan to grow up sale and profit.
Scope: Import division is the service division to co-ordinate with commercial division and trading sector in aboard to supply good product with reasonable price to Thailand market. Assignments: 1. Product sourcing with trading supplier. Product range are mainly in non-food product such as DIY product, Household product, Stationary, Toy, Seasonal product, Textile, Wine etc. 2. Cost estimated and control to ensure the best selling price to customer. 3. Co-ordinate with logistic unit, forwarder, Customs department, shipping company and government department to deliver the import goods to store. 4. Process all license concern the import goods such as FDA, TISI etc.
