Here, as Senior Vice President of Business Development & International Growth, I transformed Smadex, the first programmatic DSP engineered for growth, from lesser-known platform to market contender. Though for the client the solution was the platform itself, it was the highly talented and high-performing team that I put together which actually created the solution and connected our clients with their success: ✓ 40-50% increase in in-app purchases ✓ average D90 ROAS of 180% ✓ a campaign budget and reach scaled by 300% My focus on people and networks has been the key to the revenue-generating and expansion initiatives that I have led, helping clients like the one in the case above to reach their objectives. ►Key Contribution: Multiplied revenue X 5 through the following expansion and repositioning strategies: ● Secured 50% of good-fit prospects within 1st year and grew active mobile app clients from 10 to 100 in 2 years by building and training sales and account management teams from the ground up. ● Onboarded 3 top mobile gaming apps in Korea and 1 in the US within 1st year of activity. ● Achieved 50% of existing client upsell to additional channel by running programmatic advertising pilot with newly trained team and perfecting results and strategy. *Entravision Interactive is a diversified global media, data and advertising technology company with offices in 3 hubs (Los Angeles, Barcelona & Buenos Aires) and 166 employees.
