• Responsible for assisting in re-structuring the Retail Banking Activities of OCB: - Re-organizing and staffing central teams: lowering turnover, increasing seniority and competences - Conducting 360 Assessment of Retail Banking activities - Defining key transformation projects and business orientations (transaction banking, cards, sales management, performance management, Network development) and new KPIs for the business line • Leading the 2013-2015 Strategic Plan for the Bank: Orientations, Budgets, and the 100+ Initiatives. • Leading key projects: Network commercial re-organization, Sales Management implementation, Bancassurance, Business Reporting Implementation, New Branch Format & Concept, Customer Segmentation and CRM • Striving to conduct general change management to working methods and mind-set of OCB’s top and mid management teams

Led projects in Brazil, Ukraine, Egypt and Morocco. – Defined and implemented new branch formats: commercial organization, visual identity, automation & design – Participated to the strategic study phases for each project – Head office counterpart for the Ukrainian Network Transformation Project: commercial action plan, branch implementation & refurbishment, process review, staff commissioning system, communication plan – Set-up the Geomarketing function in Morocco for the multi-channel project of BNP Paribas - Took part in the Fortis Post Merger Integration works
