Managing several projects funded by the Israeli Innovation Authority, including writing and submitting support applications, budgeting the applications and providing quarterly and summary reports. Human resource management, including recruitment of the entire engineering group, working with recruitment companies, filtering CVs, and conducting candidate interviews. Holding an in-depth understanding of the company's technology. Constantly collaborating with Marketing and Production departments.

Structuring and managing project timetables to ensure efficient project execution. Coordinating and facilitating effective communication between different teams involved in the projects. Managing subcontractors and ensuring their timely deliverables. Collaborating with various departments including Marketing, Production and Procurement Validating smooth project workflow and alignment with organizational goals.

Managing East Europe and Asia sales, including India and Australia. Recruiting and onboarding new local distributors in each country to expand market reach and enhance distribution capabilities. Directly overseeing the distribution channel and managing the sales funnel to optimize sales performance and maximize revenue. Providing training and support to worldwide partners, including hands-on training sessions and customer visits to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
