As an Administrative Assistant at a Japanese startup in Hanoi, I played a crucial role in project management and operational efficiency. I provided support to ongoing projects, facilitated communication, managed the CEO's schedule, and contributed to financial reporting. I actively participated in tasks, maintained clear communication, and facilitated smooth interactions. I monitored project progress, tracking milestones, and gathering updates from team members. Regular progress reports to senior management kept them informed and enabled informed decision-making, driving project success.
I worked here as an internship for about six months. Main responsibilities: - Editting videos of lessons in Japanese - Database Input - Translating IT-relating Japanese documents
Mottainai Run 2019 is a charity event hosted by Vietnamese Women Newspaper. I participated in the event as a guest supporting volunteer/staff. My task was to support Japanese guests at the event by interpreting in between Japanese and Vietnamese when needed, as well as helping them with other tasks at the event place.
This was a part of a Japanese Government funded project called 'Creation of Innovative Educational System for Sustainable Society and Urban Growth' by Meiji University. I was one of the Vietnamese Student Delegates representating Hanoi University to participate in the conference, as well as doing a group discussion and presentation with other delegates on said topic
My task was to confirm guests' check-in information and provide them their entrance tickets to the event hall and support them if needed.
