Yoram Morad

Yoram Morad is from Israel. Yoram is currently Special Envoy for International Water Affairs at MASHAV, Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In Yoram's previous role as a Visiting Lecturer at IDC Herzliya, Yoram worked in until Jul 2019. Prior to joining IDC Herzliya, Yoram was a Head, Media & Public Affairs at the Division for Cultural Relations at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel and held the position of Head, Media & Public Affairs at the Division for Cultural Relations. Prior to that, Yoram was a Director of the Department of Digital Diplomacy at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel from Sep 2011 to Feb 2015. Yoram started working as Counselor, Western Europe Division Coordinator of Culture & Public Affairs in W. Europe at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel in Jan 1992. From Jan 2006 to Dec 2009, Yoram was Consul for cultural affairs in N. America at Consulate of Israel, N.Y.. Prior to that, Yoram was a Consul for Cultural Affairs at Embassy of Israel in Rome from Jan 2000 to Dec 2004.
