My job is to make sure that the roaming hub of Belgacom-ICS runs well. in a first phase I'was participating with the acceptance testing of the platform and with the setup of the first roaming agreements. Now the service is fully operational and I'm responsible to ensure the optimal functionality of the Roaming services, for the enhancement of the Roaming Hub product and for the escalation of roaming related problems. Off course, next to this, I'll give advice about roaming and interconnect to other departements from bics (SCCP gateway, SMS hub, MMS hub, GRX, ...) when needed, for which I can use my background in the roaming business.
